Roger Russove

Roger is the retired Executive Director of a Main Street downtown development organization who has been involved with the organization since 1996. This gave him the opportunity to work with many small business owners, helping them succeed and grow. It also gave him a passion for working with locally owned businesses that has continued into retirement.

Roger spent much of his career in advertising and marketing, both selling and buying. The experience taught him the importance of businesses setting themselves apart, and how vital that is in the success of a business. Becoming a Certified Facilitator of the Destination Creation Course felt like a natural fit for him.

Roger is also a member of the board of directors of the Wisconsin Downtown Action Council, working with communities throughout Wisconsin to help downtowns survive and thrive.
