Margaret Pounder

I’m currently working as President/CEO of the Bandon Chamber.  I’ve owned and operated a travel management company (leisure and corporate travel arrangements), travel training school, and an inbound tour operator in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.   My husband and I owned and operated agricultural entities in Central Idaho, and from there we moved to Bandon, OR about 20 years ago.  Here we owned and operated both the Bandon Fish Market, and the Bandon Coffee Cafe.

For years Jon has been a major mentor for me; with my business background, I am constantly wanting to learn more, and do all things business better.  He speaks my language.  I look forward to working with businesses and communities, who are striving to become destinations.
