Kelli Payne
Description
Kelli Payne is a fifth-generation farmer and rancher from Mustang, Oklahoma. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, she began her professional career working for former Congressman Wes Watkins. She has since held a variety of economic development positions with an emphasis on agriculture and rural communities, including previously serving as the first-ever female President of the Oklahoma National Stockyards. She currently serves as North Central District Vice President for the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association and was recently appointed as Chairperson of the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Foundation. She is an entrepreneur with diverse experiences serving agriculture in many capacities including her family’s agritourism venture.
