Laura Tetley Todd

Laura Tetley Todd is the founder of Downtown District Consulting and prior to starting her company, Laura was the Director of Main Street Collierville for 15 years. In current role, she provides technical assistance to 23 Tennessee Main Street communities involving historic resources, marketing & business surveys, transformation strategic planning and entrepreneur ecosystems.  Laura was appointed by Governor Bill Lee to the Tennessee Historical Commission, and she is currently contracted with the National Main Street program and the Tennessee Main Street program/Economic Community Development Department.  Laura holds a Main Street Revitalization Professional certification throught the Main Street America Institute.  She is one of only 4 people in the state of Tennessee to have this certification.  Additionally, Laura has served on the Collierville Historic District Commission, the TN Preservation Trust Board, and Past Chair of the Shelby County Historical Commission.  She became a Facilitator of the Destination Creation Course in 2023.
